The Residence is a five minute walk from Bangtao Beach, the most sought after beach in Phuket on the exclusive west coast, which is much less developed than southern parts of the island such as Patong.
Bangtao is truly spectacular with 6km of white sandy beaches, crystal clear warm water and charming local fishing boats.

Located on the first floor of the restaurant building, our fully equipped gym offers quality modern fitness equipment and free weights as well as LCD televisions to keep you entertained while you exercise.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us at The Resident Resort and Spa Retreat.If you require full privacy during your stay with us and require additional attentional in this matter; our Villa Manager will assist in making the neccessary arrangements.

Our Young Guest
Young or old; Thailand is a unique area of the world where it is a there is excitement and wonder for our young guests.Children and parents can be assured that pool items,DVDs,safety and food is too their liking.
All children under the age of 4 years will eat free of charge at Cafe@ Residence,Children under 12 years will receive free of charge accommodation (sharing with adult).Items such as baby cots and car safety seats can be booked and confirmed in advance.As all of our villas have private swimming pools; we strongly suggest that all children under the age of 12 years be supervised at all times using the pool area. Life guards and secure fencing are not supplied by the pools.
